(2) Detailed energy audit |

| a. Target companies Large and medium-sized companies b. Cost A fee is charged. c. Details of assessment Two to three experts perform a preliminary survey, which is then followed up by a detailed survey of the production process. A list of areas in need of improvement is drawn up and prioritized. Concrete measures are suggested to address the priority of improvement plan, and a proposal is set forth which presents the expected benefits of these measures as well as the investment required to implement them. d.
