The
eco-house opened it to Gotemba as an office of "a Gotenba recycling citizen
society" in September, 1996. Gotenba recycling citizen society has received
a grant from environmental hygiene department of Gotenba-Ctiy. They have
dealt with a recycling campaign and environmental safeguard activity of
